Westwards bounded rates

This section covers usages known from Eastern area countries going to the West. which are in particularly: Contrary to earlier students who have grouped the postal rate section just into Eastwards and Westwards mail, i have grouped them for certain reasons into geographical areas.

In order to assist collectors who are more familiar with the old grouping I indicate here in alphabetical order which countries fall into these groups.

Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and to some certain extended India (will be continued as per the research)...

Saudi Arabia is a special case as someone would see this countries as Westwards but the few covers known form Saudi Arabia / Nejd show that it is in fact Eastwards Mail as the mail was sent from Saudi Arabia to Egypt from where it was routed Eastwards via the Overhand Mail to Iraq/Iran.

Any help in providing additional information's and/or copies of postal regulations to complete the various tables or providing rates from countries not listed on the left is highly appreciated.
