Issue 1932, RP-4

Nomination is 10 Fils and the inscription on the stamps reads “Iraq Railways Letter Post Stamp”. This stamp was issued most likely on April 1^st 1932 after the currency change in April 1932.

To my surprise, my limited collection shows the 10 Fils stamp only used in Kirkuk and Ghuchan, a tiny village close to Kirkuk. Coincidence or system??? What are the experiences of other collectors?

Apparently, in some rare and isolated cases, manuscript cancels have been used, so far I know this only from Ghuchan (Quchan).	RP-4, 10 fils tied to piece with black cancellation of GHUCHAN dated 30....32
