The shown cover which I recently discovered bears the imprint as the known Envelope NPE-2. However, this envelope, addressed to the Philippines also bears the imprint “Rutba Rest House / Directed by” as known on Types NPE-5 and NPE-6.

The cover is postmarked on reverse with Port Said Traffic dated 1. March 1931 and Singapore 20. March 1931. This is so far the first such publicity envelope of the Type NPE-2 with the “Rutba Rest House” imprint and I keep it in my archive as number NPE-8.
