I recall having read some time ago that Hellrigl? brought up the theory that the proof sheetlets of the 1933 issue were in fact the setting 1 of this issue.

However, despite intensive search thru my library i do not find the reference anymore. Has some collector here have heard from that theory as well and could provide me with the reference?

I do not claim that the theory is right or wrong, i am just interested in it.
