The shown items were offered in Sale 15 at Gärtner Auktion, Germany as Lot No.  4219, described as follows:
Tibet t, 1912/50, 1/4 T horizontal bottom margin strip-4, 2/3 T. top right corner vert. strip-3; 1933/59,
1/2 T. full sheet, 2 T. bottom margin block of 8 (2x4) with pos. 8 inverted, as is
Estimate Euro 60,00 and so,d for Euro 65,00 plus fees.

How can some collector be so stupid and buy these items for such price or am I overlooking something here?

Hi Rainer!
Like I said to you earlier. Gärtner understand nil about Tibet. You have a Bundesprüfer for Tibet in Germany.
How many countries are lucky to have such? Why in **** they don´t use him! Or ask you. Are they stupid?

Dear Bo,

unfortunately we do not have a examiner for Tibet in Germany anymore, the last one, Wilfried Franke, past away some time ago... and Heddergott only examines as per my information the Chinese Imperial Post of Tibet.
