The shown cover is a 2 tr, registered rate from Phari. Is someone able to translate the address side of the cover?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Rainer!
Despite the Tibetan written side of this cover is upside down, I've managed to decipher it partially:
It seems to be adressed to: "the Gorkha Chief of the Gorkha Office in Gyantse", and that it was sent from Phari...on the 10th month...". Obviously the boxed mention is "Registered".
Well, it seems the writing is uncomplete, and the illustration of stamps is not a very clear one. The writing in English has no relation with the text in Tibetan. It would be interesting to translate the Nepali writing to try to corroborate "something". Anyways, the general "feeling" on this item is very uncomfortable, probably even negative. Best !

Thanks for the initial comments.

The cover is examined by Dahnke so i assume it is OK.
